A standard postage and packaging charge of £2.99 (2nd Class Delivery) and £3.39 (First Class Delivery) applies on all orders within the UK under £25. Orders above £25 will receive FREE postage and packaging, this applies to the UK only.

We aim to have your order(s) dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or selected couriers at the discretion of Scrapbook Bazaar. Please allow additional delivery time during Bank Holidays and Christmas.

Scrapbook Bazaar obtain Proof of Posting from the Post Office, but please note that Royal Mail will not investigate a claim for lost post until 15 days have passed, so please keep this in mind, should this unlikely problem arise.

NB: Orders paid for via the eCheque payment method (through Paypal) will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared, this can take up to 10 days.

Postage has been set at these prices as ALL parcels are sent using a 'tracked' service.

Please allow approximately 5-7 working/business days for postage within Europe and approximately 7-14 working/business days for worldwide deliveries, this is only a guide during busy periods i.e. holidays this may be longer.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

We aim for top customer satisfaction and all products are new and guaranteed free from fault. Should any item fail to satisfy then we will accept their return for a full refund of the value of the product(s), if they are returned to us in the original unused condition using the same packaging (unopened and re-sellable i.e. non-smoking households only in respect of scrapbook paper) with a note of the defect within 7 days. A restocking charge of 20% is deducted from the total amount returned to the Purchaser. We do not refund postage costs. If you are returning items, please obtain Proof of Postage from the Post Office as Scrapbook Bazaar cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit.

If you wish to return an item please e-mail in the first instance so that we are made fully aware of the problem and we will work to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
