UK Delivery Details

A standard postage and packaging charge of £3.29 (2nd Class Delivery) and £3.49 (First Class Delivery) applies on all orders within mainland UK under £25.  Orders above £25 will receive FREE postage and packaging (dispatched via second class mail), this applies to mainland UK only (excludes Northern Ireland).  Methods of postage used for free delivery offer is entirely at our discretion, your order will be posted in the most economical way to enable us to continue to offer this to our valued customers.

We 'aim' to have your order(s) dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.  Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or selected couriers at the discretion of Scrapbook Bazaar.  Please allow additional delivery time during Bank Holidays, Christmas and sale periods.
Scrapbook Bazaar obtain Proof of Posting from the Post Office, but please note that Royal Mail will not investigate a claim for lost post until 15 days have passed, so please keep this in mind, should this unlikely problem arise.

NB:  Orders paid for via the eCheque payment method (through Paypal) will not be dispatched until the payment has cleared, this can take up to 10 days.

We are unable to post to PO Box addresses.

Returns Policy

We aim for top customer satisfaction and all products are new and guaranteed free from fault.  Should any item fail to satisfy then we will accept their return for a full refund of the value of the product(s), if they are returned to us in the original unused condition using the same packaging (unopened and re-sellable i.e. non-smoking households only in respect of scrapbook paper) with a note of the defect within 14 days. A restocking charge of 20% is deducted from the total amount returned to the Purchaser.  We do not refund postage costs.  If you are returning items, please obtain Proof of Postage from the Post Office as Scrapbook Bazaar cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit.

If you wish to return an item please e-mail in the first instance so that we are made fully aware of the problem and we will work to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
