Delivery Details

We currently ship to the U.K. mainland only, excluding the Channel Islands. Delivery of products is via Royal Mail.

A standard postage and packaging charge of £2.45 applies on all orders under £20. Orders above £20 will receive FREE postage and packaging (unfortunately we have had to raise it to £20 from £15 to allow for the postage of scrapbook albums)

Please allow additional delivery time during Bank Holidays and Christmas.

Scrapbook Bazaar obtain Proof of Posting from the Post Office, but please note that Royal Mail will not investigate a claim for lost post until 15 days have passed, so please keep this in mind, should this unlikely problem arise.

Returns Policy

We aim for top customer satisfaction and all products are new and guaranteed free from fault. Should any item fail to satisfy then we will accept their return for a full refund of the value of the product(s), if they are returned to us in the original unused condition (unopened and re-sellable i.e. non-smoking households only in respect of scrapbook paper) with a note of the defect within 7 days. A restocking charge of 20% is deducted from the total amount returned to the Purchaser. We do not refund postage costs. If you are returning items, please obtain Proof of Postage from the Post Office as Scrapbook Bazaar cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit.

If you wish to return an item please e-mail in the first instance so that we are made fully aware of the problem and we will work to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
